深圳欧阀参加全市企业研发机构建设现场交流会

为进一步提升企业研发机构建设水平，进口高压小球阀加强我市企业研究院（研发中心）间的经验交流，2月20日，全市企业研发机构建设现场交流会在温州经开区宏丰功能性复合材料研究院召开。市科技局局长徐顺东、副局长匡连庭出席会议。各县（市、区）科技局分管领导和科室负责人、市有关高校科研院所科研处负责人、全市省级企业研究院和部分省级高新技术企业研发中心负责人进口电动调节阀共80余人参加会议。泵阀研究院副院长王宝才一行参加了交流会。

To further enhance the level of R & D organization construction, strengthen our Enterprise Institute (R & D) communication, experience in February 20th, the city's R & D institutions construction site meeting in Wenzhou area by opening the Hongfeng functional composite materials research institute. The director and deputy director of Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Xu Shundong, Kuang Lianting attended the meeting. Each county (city, district) science and Technology Bureau is in charge of the leadership and the departments responsible person, City University Research Institute Research Office, the provincial level enterprise research institute and part of high-tech enterprises at the provincial level R & D Center for a total of more than 80 people attended the meeting. Valve Research Institute Vice President Wang Baocai attended the meeting in a row.
    会议由市科技局党委委员、进口自力式微压调节阀副调研员、高新处处长袁青怀主持。首先传达了省科技厅**近下发的相关文件精神，并对2014年全市高新技术产业发展以及“八倍增、两提高”的具体工作任务进行进口气动隔膜阀了布置与说明。匡连庭副局长就企业研发机构建设作专题辅导报告从多角度阐述了企业研发机构的地位作用，指出了我市企业研发机构建设工作中存在的不足进口高压截止阀，并就企业、高校、政府三方如何共同推进企业研发机构建设作了深刻的阐述。
    会上，宏丰功能性复合材料研究院和正泰低压智能电器研究院负责人分别围绕各自企业研究院建设情况作了经验介绍发言，进口锻钢截止阀与会人员还现场参观考察了宏丰功能性复合材料研究院。
    会议**后由徐顺东局长总结讲话。他从温州特有的发展历史和人文环境入手，分析了目前温州科技人才缺乏、实体经济转型升级乏力的主要原因，指出企业研发机构肩负着引领企业产业发展方向、振兴实体经济的重任，要进一步明确建设目标和任务，推进全市企业研发机构建设进口隔膜阀。
